Delivery

All UK orders are sent by first class post, or Royal Mail Parcel Service.

 

Returns Policy

We want you to be delighted with any purchase you make from us.  If any item is faulty, you can return it to us and we will either refund or replace.  We will also refund the cost of your postage.  Please call us before returning any fault item.

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the order within 7 working, beginning the day after the item is delivered to you. If you cancel, you must return the items to us, and you will have to pay for the cost of carriage.  You must also take reasonable care of items to be returned.  The items may be examined, but should not used or soiled, and must be properly packaged.  You must write to or e-mail us if you wish to cancel your order

 

Advice and Guidance

We are happy to supply advice, but this is supplied in good faith and the ultimate decision on which products to purchase is your responsibility. We cannot recommend threads for a particular pattern.

 

Privacy Policy

We undertake to protect your details under our obligation to the Data Protection Act, and we will not pass on your details to any third party unless you specifically ask us to. We do not retain credit card details.
